Pro-Dex, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor in California to lead the assembly team, coordinate daily production, and ensure quality and compliance with procedures. The role involves partnering with the Assembly Manager to drive priorities and maintain training standards across the shift.
The supervisor will oversee personnel, enforce good documentation practices, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and efficiency on the production floor.
This position is responsible for all supervisory activities related to the assembly of medical device products in the production department. The supervisor is responsible for the manufacture of products by directing production activities and coordination of assembly team members to accomplish the requirements, supervise workers in order to execute production goals. This position will report directly to the Assembly Manager.

Position requires a high school diploma or Equivalent. Minimal of 5 Years' experience in supervisory in an industrial field. Reading and understanding drawings, assembly and test procedures.
Ability to read and understand all standard and operating procedures. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to communicate and work cooperatively with others. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
General Supervision
While undertaking the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, type and move throughout the facility and must be capable of using a keyboard for computer purposes. This role may The employee may be required to periodically lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may be required to conduct inspections under magnification.
