Job summary

Enprotech seeks an Industrial Machine Assembly Supervisor to coordinate shop floor activities, supervise hourly team members, and ensure safe, on-time production meeting quality standards. You will work with engineering to define scope, manage resources, and maintain safety and housekeeping programs on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least five years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing, with strong blueprint reading and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical education required.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor activities for assembly team to ensure safe, on-time, quality output.
• Directly supervise assemblers and millwrights; manage scheduling and overtime.
• Coordinate with engineering on scope of work and resource needs; ensure safety and housekeeping programs are followed.
