Job summary

Zippertubing Company in Chandler, AZ seeks a Production Worker I for its air-conditioned manufacturing facility. The role focuses on hand assembly of parts, with experience using industrial sewing machines and a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Day shift is Mon–Thu from 5:30am to 4:00pm, with 10-hour days and onsite work. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour plus DOE, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Production hands-on experience required.
• Familiarity with automated equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand drawings preferred.
• Criminal background check required.
• English required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials by hand with focus and hand-eye coordination.
• Operate, tend and stop a variety of equipment including industrial sewing machines.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and rules.
• Ensure conformance to specifications and stop non-conforming parts or products.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to changing tasks.
• Report equipment faults to supervisors.
