Job summary

ICW Acquisition LLC in Zeeland Charter Township, MI is seeking an entry-level production worker to safely operate assembly equipment and meet quality targets. The role runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and pays $17–$21 per hour.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training is acceptable. A comprehensive benefits package is provided after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick time and PTO. The facility is air conditioned and heated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely start, load, run, unloads, and shut down production assembly equipment.
• Produce the required number of parts that meet customer and company quality standards in a timely manner.
• Perform production related quality tasks such as using hand held gauges to measure or gauging parts, properly handle non-conforming material, properly label and package parts, properly complete the quality documentation system forms and comply with calibration procedures.
• Tends machines, such as arbor presses or riveting machine, to perform fastening operations on the assembly line.
• Perform operator maintenance on production assembly equipment.
• Comply with company policy and safety standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
