Starting pay begins at $17.50/hr with scheduled increases to $26.00/hr and a maximum rate above $37.40/hr by 2031. Afternoon and Midnight shift premiums apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be willing to work any shift and perform manual labor.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic instructions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor on or support the production line.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality requirements.
• Assist with material handling, shipping, and receiving as needed.
