Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. in Beaver Dam, WI, seeks a 1st shift Production Supervisor to lead Assembly production, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high-quality products.

You will report to the Plant Manager, and train, motivate and develop staff while driving continuous improvement and strong teamwork. This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, an associate degree, and proficiency with SAP and Kronos.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities expected.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet production goals with high quality.
• Schedule and assign personnel, monitor progress, and resolve problems.
• Maintain safety, train employees, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and other supervisors to optimize operations.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
