Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly-Production to join their team in Johns Creek, GA. As an Assembly-Production, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude. This position offers a 2nd shift with occasional weekday and Saturday overtime and pays $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4-6 years related manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and understanding quality requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience of 1-2 years demonstrating technical expertise and team support.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Inspect in-process devices and assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production activities and quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in team projects.
