Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Worker in Sumter, SC to support fabrication, testing and packaging of medical devices. You will set up and operate manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and follow SOPs to ensure standards. Emphasis on detail, reliability, and teamwork.

The role offers day or night shifts with a rotating schedule and opportunities for skill development in a dynamic healthcare manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience required.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Worker to join their team. As an Assembly Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production and quality assurance of vital medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Worker

Location: Sumter, SC

Pay Range:

$15.90 Day shift

$15.50 with a $1.50 shift differential Night Shift

Shift: 2 Shifts Available

Day Shift (8:00a.m.-8:00p.m.) 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

Night Shift (8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
