Check-Mate Industries, Inc. seeks an Assembler/Packer to handle assembly, packing, and inspection of firearm magazines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow safety procedures, meet quality standards, and support lean initiatives.
Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts for defects, recording accurate quantities, and assisting with KAIZEN and 7S efforts to maintain organized work areas.
The Assembler/Packer is responsible for all aspects of assembly, packing, and Inspection of magazines for firearms. Assembler/Packers will be required to safely and efficiently execute assigned work in a timely manner, meet quality standards, and productivity. Also expected to promote and conform to the company's regulations and procedures.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, personnel policies, graphs, and other production documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior leaders, departmental managers, and directors.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, and walk. Employees must be able to stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, reach overhead, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, reading a computer screen, and small print.
