Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an Assembly Operator II for 1st shift at the Mount Joy, PA site. You will read drawings, follow work instructions, and perform assembly across processes while recording data and ensuring quality. This role requires maintaining a safe work environment and collaborating across departments.

Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm. Competitive salary with benefits, commensurate with experience and location.

Shift and Schedule:

This position will be working 1st shift.Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm

Job Requirements

• Read and follow drawings/prints and work instructions
• Become proficient in all assembly and special processes as required.
• Gather and record data accurately
• Detect and correct errors utilizing established company communication and quality methodology
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment, perform daily hour by hour boards, 5S, autonomous maintenance checks, material issuing and all other forms of documentation with work performed

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.00 - $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
