Job summary

Flex-N-Gate Battle Creek is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) in Battle Creek, Michigan. The role involves loading components, performing inspections and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting production targets.

Pay starts at $20.55 per hour with scheduled increases at 3 and 6 months plus a $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift and eligibility for a monthly attendance bonus after the first full month.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Perform basic math skills—percentages and fractions.
• Ability to use quality gauges and fixtures.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Loading components into machine or onto conveyor system.
• Complete production and inspection reports as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Hourly inspection of parts.
• Packing finished product into totes/bins.

Assembly Operator- 3 rd Shift

Work hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch

Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.

Additional $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment

Assembly Operator will be responsible for
