Position

General Labor – Assembly (1st & 2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Assembly, load and unload machines; inspect parts that are being packed; perform tasks associated with general labor work.
• Perform consistent lifts of 10 pounds or greater; clean, sweep, and maintain work areas.
• Use hand tools to insert screws and clips; read, write, walk, bend, carry, inspect, stoop, reach, twist, and stand intermittently.
• Work an 8-hour day (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday with overtime as necessary for production needs.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3–5 years of manufacturing labor experience.
• Competent and willing to learn quality processes and inspection.
• Highly motivated, able to follow directions, team player, and strong attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Inspect parts and components; knowledge of quality processes.
• Complete shift paperwork as required; detail and label parts as required.
• Good attendance and solid safety record; ability to lift 35–50 pounds.
