Job summary

Flex‑N‑Gate is a leading automotive components manufacturer seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm). You will load components, operate machinery, complete production and inspection reports, and keep the work area clean, safe and organized in a fast‑paced plant.

Starting pay is $20.55 per hour with raises at 3 and 6 months, plus a $0.75 shift differential for the 2nd shift and a monthly attendance bonus in the first full month.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Perform basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions.
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures.
• Ability to work in a factory environment – standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load components into machine or onto conveyor system.
• Complete production and inspection reports as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Hourly inspection of parts.
• Packing finished product into various totes/bins.

Work hours are 3:00 pm to 11 pm. Work a straight 8‑hour shift with a paid lunch.

Pay rate starts at $20.55 / hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift. Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment.
