Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Assembly Operator for the 3rd shift. You will load components into machines or conveyors, perform production and inspection reports, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Basic math skills including percentages and fractions.
• Ability to use quality gauges and fixtures.
• Ability to work in a factory environment—standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hourly inspection of parts.
• Pack finished product into totes/bins.

Assembly Operator- 3rd Shift

Work hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch

Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment.

Additional $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment

Assembly Operator will be responsible for

• Loading components into machine or onto conveyor system
• Will complete production and inspection reports as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Hourly inspection of parts
• Packing finished product various totes/ bins

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Perform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractions
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixtures
• Ability to work in a factory environment- standing, bending. Lifting up to 25 lbs
