CompX National in Mauldin, SC is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift to build, test, and package locks while maintaining safe, clean work areas.

You will cross-train on multiple assembly tasks, operate loaders and a hydraulic press, and perform routine quality checks in compliance with our Quality System. The position offers a shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing exp preferred.
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to cross-train and follow safety and quality procedures.

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Shift Premium: $1.50/hr.

Position Responsibilities:

• Cross train for various assembly jobs in assigned work area
• Build, test, and adjust locks
• Set up and operate loaders and a hydraulic press
• Perform quality checks at set intervals
• Label and package completed locks
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all Safety procedures
• Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e. applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process)

Essential Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
