Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, WI is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, test and package pumps, following standard procedures and quality checks to ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety guidelines.

Shifts are 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:00pm with mandatory OT. The role pays $18.50 per hour plus an 8% shift differential, with potential rate increases after you demonstrate proficiency and complete training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations including oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

You Will

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50 + 8% shift differential. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
