SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, perform as an Assembler, capable of executing all departmental tasks, maintaining pace with the production line, understanding quality points at each station, and training other employees on these stations.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Learn and demonstrate competence in all tasks, including assembly of rods and other related duties.
2. Maintain pace with the production line rate.
3. Adhere to all quality standards for each workstation.
4. Identify and mitigate safety hazards at the workstation.
5. Train new operators on job tasks, quality points, safety procedures, and housekeeping.
6. Complete documentation and reports as instructed.
7. Wear all required PPE.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures communicated by Endurance Lift Solutions.
9. Prioritize safety and housekeeping in all tasks.
10. Attend Basic Safety Training and demonstrate behaviors aligned with safety protocols.
11. Participate in Safety Meetings and promote a safety-conscious culture.
12. Complete basic courses on Waste Elimination and 6S, applying learned principles.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

EHS REQUIREMENTS:

• Work safely and adhere to all safety protocols to support TRIR goals.
• Follow environmental policies to support environmental performance goals.
• Participate actively in all Safety Skills training programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Basic writing skills for simple documentation.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Minimum of 6 months experience performing and mastering Operator I tasks.
• Equivalent qualifications may be considered.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Mobility to access all areas of the shop or warehouse.
• Capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip while working.
• Manual dexterity and coordination for handling tools.
• Work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
• Respond to visual and auditory cues.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is primarily within an Endurance Lift Solutions location during normal or extended hours, involving typical manufacturing or warehouse conditions.
