Job summary

A-dec is seeking a production/assembly leader to oversee daily operations across sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets while coordinating materials, tools, and staffing to meet production plans.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing the team, managing timekeeping and scheduling, and partnering with HR on staffing and engagement. Lean methods will guide waste reduction and efficiency gains across multiple cells.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate workflow across sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging work cells.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members; manage timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and supplier-cross functional collaboration.
