Job summary

The Stellantis Financial Services Assembly Operations team seeks an Assembly Operations Lead Specialist to support the NA leadership in coordinating communication, aligning initiatives, and tracking priorities across NA assembly plants.

You will assist in scheduling leadership meetings, maintaining trackers, and preparing updates while promoting lean Stellantis Industrial System activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Public Speaking Skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings and cross-functional updates.
• Track action items and follow-ups across multiple plants and logistics functions.
• Summarize key messages, updates, and decisions to support internal communication.
• Align logistics goals and initiatives by maintaining project trackers, scorecards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with plant logistics leads and support functions to ensure alignment.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for consistency across plants.
• Provide support in gathering and summarizing data for performance metrics or presentations.
