Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to advance and optimize production in a fast-paced electronics assembly environment. You will ensure product quality, quantity, and cost targets by implementing capability improvements and new equipment.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and at least one year in manufacturing assembly, with hands-on experience in CAD, machine vision, and robotics. Cleanroom work and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Review new product designs for manufacturability.
• Evaluate, purchase, install & qualify new production equipment.
• Work with customers and/or vendors on process transfers.
• Program automated equipment (SMT, Ovens, FlipChip, Dispense systems, etc.).
• Propose changes for cost savings, yield, & productivity improvements.
• Research latest technologies in relation to capability improvements.
• Train manufacturing personnel on assembly procedures.
• Provide technical support to sales & marketing teams for change requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering)
• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment

Essential Job Functions:
