Job Description

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator/Assembly to join our 1st Shift Manufacturing team at our Solon, OH facility. 1st shift hours are from 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operating assigned line equipment efficiently while maintaining production quality standards
• Performing minor adjustments, setups, and changeovers
• Loading, cleaning, and general operation of various filling and packaging equipment
• Tracking production and assisting other line teams as needed
• Participating in our SAFETY PROGRAM

Compensation

Pay Rate: $17-$18 depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D)
• At least 6 months of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Note: New hire orientations are held the first and third Monday of each month from 8am-5pm. Attendance is required before starting the role.
