Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator/Assembly to join our 1st Shift Manufacturing team at our Solon, OH facility. 1st shift hours are from 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday.

This position is responsible for:

1. Operating assigned line equipment efficiently while maintaining production quality standards.
2. Performing minor adjustments, setups, and changeovers.
3. Loading, cleaning, and general operation of various filling and packaging equipment.
4. Tracking production and providing assistance to other line teams when needed.
5. Participating in our SAFETY PROGRAM.

Pay Rate: $17-$18 depending on experience.

What we require of you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
• At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• PLEASE NOTE: Our new hire orientations are held on the first and third Mondays of each month from 8am-5pm. All new hires must attend orientation before beginning their role, regardless of shift.
