Machine Operator - 1st shift Roaster position

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned machinery and production goals.
  • Follow all company policies and food safety protocols.
  • Partner with management and QC teams to identify and eliminate risks.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly. Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, occasionally over 75 pounds.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Machine operating experience, food manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of scales, tape guns, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety training.
  • Must have prior machine operator experience.

Additional Requirements

Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Shift Hours

Monday to Friday, 5:45 am - 1:45 pm.

Compensation & Benefits

$17.50 to $19.50/hr, full benefits, free life insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
