Job summary

GZQSO is hiringAutomotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. You will assemble automotive components in a fast-paced production environment and contribute to meeting daily output goals. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

at $15.50 per hour, and 3rd shift from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. at $15.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium, total $17.00 per hour. A $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and use of basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.

Job description

We are currently hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Location

Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift

• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• $15.50 per hour

3rd Shift

• 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
• $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium
• Total pay: $17.00 per hour

Pay Increase

• Employees receive a $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months.
