G.Z.Q.S.O. in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring for an Automotive Assembly Operator on the 1st shift. You will assemble components, operate basic equipment, and inspect parts to ensure quality and production standards. Starting wage is $15.50 per hour with a pay increase to $17.00 per hour after 90 days. PTO, health, dental & vision coverage, and union shop status are included where applicable.

Automotive Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are hiringAssembly Operatorsto join a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to build experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

As an Assembly Operator, you will work as part of a production team assembling automotive components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
• Meet established production and quality goals
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Must be able to pass anational background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • 1st Shift:6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday
  • Weekend work may be required depending on production needs
