Job summary

Gavin Zickerman Quinton Samuels Operations seeks dependable Assembly Associates for our automotive manufacturing team in Warren, MI. You will assemble components by installing clips, bolts, screws, wiring and other parts, while upholding quality and production standards.

This is the 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with starting pay of $15.50/hour, rising to $17.00/hour after 90 days. Weekly pay, and potential for permanent hire and career advancement are included.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed.
