Job summary

G.Z.Q.S.O. in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift options include 1st shift 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. at $15.50 per hour and 3rd shift 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. at $15.50 with a $1.50 premium, totaling $17.00 per hour. A $2.00 raise after 3 months is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Location

Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18 Mile Road & Van Dyke)

Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• $15.50 per hour

3rd Shift

• 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
• $15.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium
• Total pay: $17.00 per hour

Pay Increase

• Employees receive a $2.00 per hour raise after 3 months.

Responsibilities
