General and Task Management:

1. Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
2. Communicate labor needs to the Production Manager and Fab Manager.
3. Ensure all personnel are wearing proper PPE.
4. Maintain visible lead for adherence to procedures and instructions.
5. Create standard work procedures for assembly processes.
6. Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
7. Organize and issue tickets by date due.
8. Manage work ticket completion and paperwork flow.
9. Ensure full adherence to 6S practices at all times.
10. Responsible for keeping the hardware room organized and pulling and stocking.
11. Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated.
12. Responsible for training assemblers for products and processes within the department.
13. Responsible for daily management and support for the team to achieve operational success.
14. Consistently promote high standards through personal example.
15. Ensure all records are completed appropriately.
16. Liaise and communicate with other departments and ensure an effective interface is maintained.
