Job summary

Pac Seating Systems Llc is seeking a floor mentor for Assembly Technicians in Palm City, FL. You will guide technicians on measuring, drilling, riveting, and assembling parts to meet drawing specifications, while maintaining safety and quality on the shop floor.

You will mentor peers, follow blueprints, and apply soldering/crimping operations as needed. Expect up to 10% travel and a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus five years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and notes on blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts to verify specified tolerance.
• Drill, tap, ream, countersink and spot face bolt holes.
• Follow written instructions and note dimensions on drawings.
• Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together; disassemble and replace parts as needed.
• Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies; perform riveting as required.
• Identify required dash numbers in a drawing structure; modify parts per drawings (cut, drill, radius).
• Perform soldering and crimping operations; test functional performance of assembly.
• Share knowledge to help others progress; travel up to 10%.
