Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-7+ years of progressive assembly experience.
• Advanced ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex build issues.
• Prototype or new product introduction (NPI) experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical assembly across multiple product lines.
• Lead new product introduction and prototype builds, translating them into standard work once proven.
• Identify and resolve non-routine assembly and fitment issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on build improvements.
• Review work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Mentor and support Assembler I and II employees.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
