Generac Power Systems Inc. is hiring an Assembler III - Lead to manufacture products in a cost effective, timely manner while meeting quality standards. You will validate materials, review instructions, and build to specifications.

The role requires leading problem-solving efforts, cross-training across areas, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. You will work with ERP systems, participate in team meetings, train peers on standard work, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand and execute advanced standard assembly procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Validate material prior to beginning assembly and review work instructions/schematics.
• Lead team meetings and exchange job related information; assist with training as needed.
