Job summary

East Tulsa Aerospace is seeking an experienced lead to supervise production on 1st or 2nd shift, depending on workflow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong supervisory skills and the ability to adapt to changing manufacturing demands in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating tool usage (riveting, arbor press, swaging), handling hardware such as bushings, rivets, nut plates and Hi-Lok, and overseeing adhesive and sealant application.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory Skills
• Must have experience with tools such as a rivet squeeze, pull rivet gun, roller swaging and arbor press
• Aerospace experience preferred

Job description

Must have experience with tools such as a rivet squeeze, pull rivet gun, Roller swaging and arbor press

Must have experience with hardware such as bushings, rivets, nut plates, bearings, Hi-lok and helocoils

Must have experience with mixing and applying adhesives, sealants, primers and semkits

Aerospace experience preferred

1st shift is 7a--4p

2nd shift: 2p-10am
