Position Summary

We are seeking Assembly Technicians responsible for the installation of hardware (rivets, inserts, etc.), threading operations, and bonding processes. This role ensures all parts meet engineering and quality requirements, supporting the production of precision aerospace components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install hardware according to blueprints and manufacturing order travelers (MOT).
• Inspect products for damage and verify conformance to specifications.
• Confirm hardware meets all MOT and blueprint requirements.
• Chase threaded holes and perform bonding operations as required.
• Identify and properly tag nonconforming items for inspection.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• 5+ years in aerospace assembly experience
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware installation, tapping, and torque specifications.
• Ability to ensure products meet all engineering and quality requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Adaptability to change priorities and management direction.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Prior aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
