Job summary

HireCall Staffing in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician for a 1st shift role in a clean, modern production environment. You will mechanically assemble sheet-metal products, install rivets and rivnuts, and use hand and power tools to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior mechanical assembly experience, strong measurement skills, and a solid work ethic, with a commitment to safety and teamwork on a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience rivet and rivnut installation.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately read measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of sheet-metal-based products.
• Install rivets, rivnuts, and other fastening components.
• Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Accurately measure components using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Work with production teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
