Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an Electronic Assembly Technician to join a leading medical device manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality electronic devices in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This role welcomes candidates with electronic assembly experience, technical schooling, or strong mechanical aptitude, and offers a first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities in a clean, professional manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical subassemblies and finished medical devices.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Read and interpret schematics, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
  • Handle small components and perform detailed assembly work with precision and accuracy.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation to ensure product traceability.
  • Support device testing, inspection, and verification activities.
  • Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software to record production information.
  • Work safely and follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Positively represent the organization during customer or visitor tours when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Electronic Assembly Technician

Pay: $23.50 per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Hours worked over 40 per week paid at 1.5x regular pay
Employment Type: Non-Exempt

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Electronic Assembly Technician to join a leading medical device manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred
  • 0-2 years of electronic assembly, testing, manufacturing, or related experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies and equipment.
  • Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic diagnostic tools.
  • Previous medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in GMP, ISO, FDA, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Technical education or training in electronics, electrical technology, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
