ResourceMFG in partnership with Boston Scientific is seeking dependable Medical Assemblers for Maple Grove, MN. This temp-to-hire role offers paid training and the chance to join a premier medical device manufacturer.

Assemble small components in a clean room, follow GMPs, maintain production records, and work across multiple shifts. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, strong attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow directions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Medical Assembler Responsibilities

As a Medical Assembler, you will:

  • Assemble small medical device components with precision
  • Perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly tasks
  • Work in a clean room environment
  • Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation
  • Scan and track materials as required
  • Label and package finished products
  • Support manufacturing, repair, and inspection processes (Note: corrected being ):
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
