Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Allentown, PA is seeking an Assembly Builder for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am–2:00pm). You will read build sheets, scan with SAP, and assemble cabinet components to meet sheet specs.

You’ll handle materials, inspect parts, and print labels with emphasis on quality and accuracy. The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with equipment, and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Read and understand build sheets.
• Use SAP system to scan in build sheets and badge numbers.
• Assemble and disassemble cabinets to build sheet specifications.
• Add components to cabinets.
• Understand and know what all parts and components of the cabinets are and their functionality.
• Print finished product labels and ensure accuracy of completed product and label.
• Material handling with hand truck or lifts (not motorized forklift).
• Visual inspection of all components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform daily lift inspections.
