Job summary

Exmark, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is a division of The Toro Company. This 2nd shift assembler role offers a base pay of $20.22 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, for a total of $22.22 per hour.

You will perform assembly duties, prepare work by following standard instructions, gather parts and tools, fasten components with hand tools, and maintain a safe, clean work area while learning multiple assembly stations.

Qualifications

• Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience in using power tools helpful.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties to produce a finished product.
• Prepare work by following standard work instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials.
• Bolt, screw, clip or fasten parts using hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and participating in 5S initiatives.
• Learn a variety of assembly stations.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for: Performing assembly duties to produce a finished product. Preparing work by following standard work instructions; gathering parts, tools, and materials. Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic). Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiative. Learning a variety of different assembly stations.
