Monroe Truck Equipment in Monroe, WI is hiring for an Assembly 2nd Shift position. You will assemble metal products at bench or floor, read blueprints, and use various tools to complete tasks with accuracy and safety. We offer a path for career advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Assembles metal products, partially or completely, working at a bench or on shop floor by performing duties as assigned.
• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Gathers and positions materials and parts according to Assembly documentation or verbal instruction.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Uses and operates various pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools.
