Monroe Truck Equipment in Monroe, WI is seeking a Powder Coat Painter on 2nd shift (3pm-1:30am, Mon-Thu). The role involves loading, spraying, and curing powder-coated parts for a range of truck components.

Qualifications

Ability to lift 55 lbs unassisted.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job instructions.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints/job cards.
Ability to apply common sense to follow written or diagramed instructions.

Responsibilities

Pour 55 lb powder boxes into the machine reservoir.
Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
Adjust sleeve/nozzle position to achieve the required coating spray pressure.
Regulate temperature of the coating solution.
Remove articles from conveyor and place in drying racks or containers.
Prepare parts using chemicals and hand tools.

Position:Powder Coat Painter

Shift: 2nd; 3pm-1:30am, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities and Duties:

Pour 55 pound powder boxes into reservoir of machine.
Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
Moves sleeve on nozzles to attain specified spraying pressure and turns thumbscrew to direct nozzles toward articles or materials to be coated.
Regulates temperature of coating solution.
Removes article and or materials from conveyor belt and places articles or materials in drying racks or containers.
Parts preparation with the use of chemicals and hand tools.

Qualification and Skills:

Ability to lift 55 lbs. unassisted.
Ability to use a crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to read and execute instructions as found on blueprints and job instructions.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
