Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Monroe, WI, is seeking an Assembler for the 1st shift. You will read and interpret assembly prints and BOMs, gather and position materials, fasten parts with fasteners, and operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual tools.

You will report issues to the department lead and ensure accurate assembly per documentation. This role requires basic math, ability to read a tape measure, and the capability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly while

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
