Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Monroe WI, is seeking anAssembler for 1st shift. You will read assembly prints, position parts, fasten components, and operate pneumatic and power tools on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include following BOMs, using tape measures, and communicating any issues to the lead. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment requiring physical effort and precision.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Gathers and positions materials and parts according to Assembly documentation or verbal instruction.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Uses and operates various pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools.
• Reports any issues with product or equipment to the department lead.
