Job summary

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking an Assembly Technician in Mount Joy. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling enclosure systems, interpreting blueprints, and working with hand tools. This full-time role offers competitive pay of $20/hr and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures.
• Construction/Building experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver components up to 50 lbs.

Job description

Assembly Technician

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)

Description:

• The Assembly Technician will assist in the assembly of enclosure systems. This will require knowledge and understanding of reading a tape measure and blueprints.

Requirements:

• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints (test will be required)
• Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Construction/ Building experience a plus
• Ability to lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
• Some overhead crane experience is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Read and work off blueprints
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Read and interpret a basic tape measure
• Proficient use of basic hand tools such as grinder, cut-off wheel, and magnetic drill.
• Assemble large metal enclosures.
