Job summary

Emerge is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. You will assemble products to specifications using work orders, blueprints, and BOMs, using hand and power tools while maintaining high quality of materials and finished goods.

The role requires minimum 12 months in assembly or manufacturing, the ability to read work instructions in English, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. First shift, Monday–Friday, 5am–3:30pm, with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in assembly or manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Strong basic math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to lift, bend, push/pull, and reach, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards.
  • HSD/GED Required.

Shift Hours:

5am to 3:30pm - Monday - Friday
Overtime on Saturdays as needed!
