Job summary
A specialized recruiting agency is seeking a MIG Welder/Assembler in Mount Joy. The ideal candidate will assist in assembling enclosure systems and must have experience with MIG welding, reading blueprints, and using hand tools. This role offers shifts from Monday to Friday with competitive pay of $22-24/hr and a range of benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401k match.
Qualifications
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints (test will be required).
Ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure (test will be required).
Ability to pass a bare wire MIG weld test (horizontal and vertical).
Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
Responsibilities

Lift and maneuver metal components a minimum of 50 lbs.
Assemble large metal enclosures.
MIG tack weld when needed.

Job description
MIG Welder/Assembler
Pay: $22-24/hr.
Hours:
1st shift - Mon-Fri (7am to 3:30pm)
2nd shift - Mon-Thu (3:30pm to 2am) - Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
Description:
The MIG Welder/Assembler will assist in the assembly of enclosure systems. This will require knowledge and understanding of bare wire MIG welding, reading a tape measure, and blueprints.
