Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting Assemblers for a North Shelby Twp automotive foam seat manufacturer. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $16/hr.

Responsibilities include placing clips and rods on a moving conveyor, setting up seats on pallets, rotating across at least six workstations, and maintaining 5S cleanliness. This is a hands-on manufacturing position seeking motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude for factory duties.
• Willingness to cross-train at multiple stations (6+).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

• Setup and place foam seats in plastic pallets.
• Cross train/rotate job assignments (minimum knowledge of six workstations).
• Perform required 5S cleaning regularly.
