Job summary

Aventure Staffing is hiring an Assembler for a local metal manufacturing company in the area. This position works independently and on a team to assemble metal components and finished products with opportunities to learn and advance.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, drilling, fastening, grinding, measuring parts, and inspecting quality throughout the process. Prior manufacturing or metalworking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly or metalworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements.
• Willingness to learn and work with varied tools.

• Read blueprints and instructions; interpret measurements.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform drilling, fastening, grinding, deburring, and related duties.

• Maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Assembler | $18/hr To Start. Wage Increase Potential after 3 and 6 months! Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm

We are hiring Assemblers for a local metal manufacturing company. This position works both independently and on a team to assemble metal components and finished products. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable company in the area. Those who have prior manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience are strongly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal parts, components, and finished products according to blueprints, drawings, work orders, and written instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and measurements
• Use various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Perform drilling, fastening, grinding, deburring, and other assembly-related duties
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality
• Check and maintain quality of parts throughout the manufacturing process

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience strongly preferred
