Our client in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assembly Worker to join their manufacturing team. You will read instructions, use hand and power tools, and perform functional tests on assembled appliances.

The role requires attention to detail, dexterity with small parts, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. A High School Diploma and 2+ years of assembly experience are preferred, with HVAC background a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
• HVAC assembly environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and SHS.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the HVAC industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions, dexterity to work with small parts, ability to use hand tools and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Pay Range: $17.00-$18.80

Shift:1st6:00AM to 2:30PM;
2nd3:00PM to 10:30PM
3rd11:00pm to 5:30AM

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual and power tools along with measuring devices to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Potential activities: brazing, cutting, stamping or bendingsheet metal, connecting wires to electrical boxes, etc.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.
• Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules..
• Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing
• Preferred background HVAC assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.
• Ability to use smaller hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
