Job summary

ResourceMFG in Dexter, Michigan is seeking reliable assemblers for first shift 6:00 AM–2:00 PM to assemble modules, boards, and panels. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow diagrams, layouts, and written instructions.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience; basic manufacturing knowledge; strong hand dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods. Training and certification are not strictly required.

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.
• Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.
• No minimum education Requirements.
• Microscope Experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing (preferred).
• Previous experience with assembly work (preferred).
• Experience working in medical device manufacturing or automotive-related industries (preferred).
• Strong mathematical skills for measurement and quality checks (preferred).
• Excellent hand dexterity for detailed assembly tasks (preferred).
• Willingness and flexibility to support different production areas as needed (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
• Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
• Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Seeking reliable and detail oriented assemblers with small and large components such as modules, boards, and panels.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
• Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
• Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job in a warehouse or operations environment, including prolonged standing and walking.
