Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assembler to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for performing detailed assembly and/or sub-assembly of components, handling, cutting, shaping, and installing fiberglass materials as required for product insulation, and more below. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles, proven ability to perform precise, detailed manual work, familiarity with production equipment, and ability to work the assigned shift. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18 to $22/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 6:00am to 2:30pm & 2:00pm to 10:30pm
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly and/or sub-assembly of components, which may involve working with heavy parts (specifically noted for Turbo Assembly).
• Handle, cut, shape, and install fiberglass materials as required for product insulation or structural integrity.
• Execute precision joining techniques, including soldering, to connect metal components or seal foil/cladding materials.
• Operate production machinery as part of the Foil Assembly or Cladding Assembly processes.
• Inspect completed parts and assemblies for quality assurance, ensuring they meet all specifications before moving to the next stage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety regulations and production schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform precise, detailed manual work.
• Familiarity with production equipment and basic hand/power tools.
